Privacy Policy

When you access Free Car Check (forthwith known as FCC) or access any FCC service you may share information with FCC in order for FCC to provide such services to you. This document details what kinds of information FCC may request, who FCC may share it with, for what purpose it will be used and how long it will be stored for. FCC will attempt to maintain this document as new services are added and existing services are modified but will accept no liability for any errors contained in this document.

FCC reserves the right to share information if legally obliged to do so without regard to this policy (for example if bound by a court order to share information with law enforcement agencies). Where limited duration for storage of information is specified in this document it applies to FCC only; it is your responsibility to check the privacy policy of other organisations FCC to ensure you are satisfied with their possible usage of your information.

Canceling your account with FCC

If you wish to cancel your account with FCC please send an email to support@freecarcheck.org with your username, email address and password. FCC will aim to delete your account along with any associated vehicle data within 10 working days.
